Information Day on Careers in Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies for Graduate Level Students
This one-day event to be held on the 20th of April 2004 in the Department of Physics at the University of Birmingham, UK will afford graduate-level students the opportunity to find out more about careers in nanosciences and nanotechnologies. Speakers from universities, research institutes, industry and government agencies will discuss the options available for further training and career progression in different sectors, as well as sharing their individual experiences. The event starts at 10.30 am (registration at 10 am). This event is free and all students considering a career in nanosciences and nanotechnologies are encouraged to attend. There will be ample time for participants to ask questions and seek advice, both during sessions and at breaks. Speakers include:
